BOOKING TERMS
Essential Information
Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM
Arrival day is flexible.
Villa Policy
Pets are not allowed at Casa Mima.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% down payment of the total rental cost.
The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full rental amount must be paid immediately.
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before arrival, 50% of the received deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival, no refund will be issued.
We strongly recommend taking out comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €700 is required, as determined by the owner. This deposit serves as a guarantee for potential damages during your stay.
The Hedonist Collection will collect the deposit approximately one week before arrival and securely hold it throughout your stay.
If no damage is reported, the full amount will be refunded within a few days after check-out, and no later than 14 days after departure.
