Essential Information
Check-in from 16:00 | Check-out by 10:00
In high season (end of June until end of August) only weekly rental from Saturday till Saturday
In low season (January to end March and November to December) minimum stay is 5 nights
Villa Policy
Pets are not allowed
Smoking is only allowed outside
Events for more than the maximum number of guests are not allowed
The owners can provide a cot and high chair on request (and at an extra charge)
Please note: Due to the external staircase, different garden levels, open terraces and swimming pool, young children must be supervised at all times. However, all entrances from inside to outside are fitted with child locks.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, 50% of the total amount is due immediately. The remaining 50%, along with a €3,000 security deposit, must be paid 30 days before check-in. The security deposit, minus any applicable charges, will be refunded via bank transfer at the end of the guests' stay.

Daily cleaning (2 hours per day from Monday to Saturday).
