Villa Ohana is designed to offer both luxury and comfort:
The property features 6 beautifully appointed rooms, each equipped with air conditioning and fans to ensure a perfect climate.
The villa accommodates up to 20 guests, making it ideal for both intimate retreats and lively gatherings.
Your stay includes the attentive support of our dedicated team: cleaning staff, security guard, maintenance personnel, house manager, chef, and waiter, all committed to making your experience effortless and indulgent.
Late Checkout Options:
For those wishing to linger a little longer, late checkout is available subject to availability:
50% of the 1-night rate – if all rooms and kitchen service are used until 4 p.m.
25% of the 1-night rate – if a single room is used for getting ready, with kitchen service provided until breakfast.
Payment Policy
To secure your dates at Villa Ohana, we require a 50% deposit of the total stay. A signed rental contract is required to confirm your reservation, ensuring that all details are clearly agreed upon. Additionally, a security deposit of 20% of the total stay is requested to cover any potential damages, giving you and the villa peace of mind during your stay. Please note that deposit instructions may vary depending on currency, so we kindly ask that you request the details with each booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund (100%) – for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
Partial refund (50%) – for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
