BOOKING TERMS
Essential Information
Check-in from 5:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM.
Maximum capacity: 12 persons.

Cleaning fee per stay: €300
Linen fee: €17.50 per person
Pool can be heated from april to november upon request for 25 euros per day. Outside these months the water will not be warmed up enough because of cold weather.
Payment and Cancellation Policy

To confirm the booking, guests are required to sign our rental agreement

Photoshoot: €1,200 per day
Wedding celebration (up to 38 guests): starting from €2,000 additional. Please get in touch for further details
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation after 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount
No cancellations possible within 30 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1,000 will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card at least two weeks prior to arrival and released two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection and confirmation that no damage or additional cleaning is required.
