BOOKING TERMS
Essential Information
Check-in between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM
Maximum capacity: 10 persons
Rates (NET owner – commission to be added)
Cleaning fee per stay: €300
Linen fee: €17.50 per person
Pool can be heated from april to november upon request for 25 euros per day. Outside these months the water will not be warmed up enough because of cold weather.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Booking confirmation
To confirm the booking, guests are required to sign our rental agreement
To confirm the booking 50% prepayment is needed

Optional services
Photoshoot: €1,200 per day
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation after 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount
No cancellations possible within 30 days prior to arrival
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1,000 will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card at least two weeks prior to arrival and released two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection confirming that no damage or excessive cleaning is required.
