BOOKING TERMS
Minimum stay:
July & August: 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday)
Other periods: 5 nights (flexible dates)
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (earlier check-in possible upon request, subject to availability)
Check-out: 10:00 AM (late check-out possible upon request, subject to availability)
Guests are requested to indicate approximate arrival time.
Conditions
Rates include final cleaning and linen/towels.
Rates exclude meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), but additional services such as cooking lessons, private dinners, or other experiences can be arranged at extra cost.
Pool is not heated.
No dogs allowed.
Booking Procedure
Deposit: 50% of total payment required at the time of booking.
Final payment: 50% due 1 month before check-in. For late bookings, the total amount is due at booking.
Security deposit: €500, refundable within 10 days after departure (provided no major damage occurs).
Payments: Bank transfer only.
Cancellation policy: All payments are non-refundable.
