Rates & Stay Details

Check-out: by 10:00 (flexible upon availability)
Final cleaning fee: €350
Minimum stay: 4 nights
Maximum occupancy: 13–14 guests
No TV — the villa is designed for rest and reconnection
Free Wi-Fi available throughout the property
Payment Terms
Deposit: 40% of the total booking amount to confirm reservation
Final payment: due 60 days before arrival
Taxes: IGIC 7% included
Security Deposit
A €1,500 refundable deposit is required via Swikly, a secure credit card pre-authorisation system (no funds are withdrawn).
The deposit is released within 7 days after departure, minus any deductions for damages or excessive cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
More than 60 days before arrival: 10% retention of the deposit
31–60 days before arrival: 25% retention
Less than 31 days before arrival: 100% retention
