Zakynthos, Villa East
The eastern luxury Villa with a 78 m² surface is divided into four different spaces and can comfortably accommodate up to six people.
The building's morphology fits in perfectly with the natural environment, a balance that is reinforced by the materials used in the construction. The exterior space is in perfect harmony with the interior of each Villa, without ever disturbing the landscape.
The interior spaces communicate with each other via courtyards and open-air spaces, similar to Western Villa, which, together with the exterior spaces of the courtyards form a building complex, in accordance with basic principles of traditional Greek architecture.

How to Choose Your Perfect Escape
The Greek islands are not a single story — they are a chorus of landscapes, cultures, and rhythms, each island carrying its own voice. To travel among Crete, Zakynthos, Santorini, Milos, and Skiathos is to experience the Ionian and Aegean in their full diversity: from rugged mountains and hidden coves to whitewashed villages and volcanic cliffs, each moment shaped by light, wind, and water.
Crete | The Island of Timeless Stories
Crete is a world unto itself. Inland, olive groves stretch toward the mountains, terraced fields tell tales of centuries-old farming, and villages like Chania and Rethymno seem frozen in a mix of Venetian elegance and island resilience. Here, slow mornings are for coffee in shaded squares, afternoons for wandering along cobbled streets, and evenings for tasting dakos, fresh seafood, and wine poured straight from local vineyards. Crete’s rhythm is grounded, earthy, and enduring — a place where tradition is alive in every step.
Zakynthos | The Rhythm of the Island
On Zakynthos, the sea dictates the tempo. Hidden coves like Mikro Limanaki and Xigia offer calm waters and quiet reflection, while villages like Volimes pulse gently with daily life. Olive trees, citrus groves, and winding streets create a slow cadence, complemented by the scent of herbs and the soft music of waves against cliffs. Here, time is measured not in hours, but in tides, meals, and light.
The Rhythm of the Island
Zakynthos is more than turquoise waters and sunlit cliffs. The island has a rhythm — subtle, steady, and alive — that moves through its villages, olive groves, and hidden coves. To visit Zakynthos is to step into a world measured not by time, but by the pulse of daily life, the cadence of waves, and the gentle sway of island wind.
A Pulse in the Villages
Away from the postcard beaches, the island’s villages hum with quiet energy. In Volimes, cobbled streets echo with the soft tap of wooden clogs and the chatter of neighbors exchanging fresh olives and citrus. In Anafonitria, church bells mark not just hours, but a rhythm of daily life — farmers tending terraces, children chasing the wind along narrow lanes, elders resting in shaded squares.
Each village has its own tempo, yet all share a common cadence: deliberate, unhurried, and deeply human. Walking these streets, you begin to sense the island’s heartbeat in the small gestures that define everyday life.
The Hidden Shores
The rhythm continues along the coast. While Navagio may capture postcards, Zakynthos’ true spirit lies in quiet coves like Mikro Limanaki or Xigia, where soft sand meets calm waters. Here, the waves don’t crash — they move in conversation with the cliffs, whispering a language of continuity and time. The play of light across turquoise water, limestone cliffs, and gentle surf invites stillness.
Evenings are for lingering. A small taverna at the edge of the bay serves freshly grilled fish, local verdesco wine, and a side of quiet reflection. The sun slides behind the hills, and the island exhales — a daily ritual repeated for centuries.
