Villa Policy

The check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

• Please note that the minimum stay requirement varies depending on the season and may change from time to time.

• Pets are not allowed. However, exceptions can be made for small certified therapy dogs, provided the proper documentation is presented and the request is approved by our team.

• The properties are not adults-only, and we do welcome children. Villa has a distinctive architectural design, so parents must closely supervise their children at all times, as we cannot take responsibility for any incidents.
  Both daily housekeeping and personalized concierge service are included, providing comfort and assistance throughout your stay.

• Villa doesn't include a chef service by default, but we can arrange a private chef upon request, quoted separately and depending on availability.

  
  

Payment Policy

To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required upon booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before check-in.

Security Deposit: $1,000 USD

Cancellation Policy: Full refund for Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 

• Partial refund (50%).  Cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in: 

• If 100% of the booking amount has been paid, 50% will be refunded.

• If a 50% deposit has been paid, no refund will be issued, but no further payment will be required.

• No refund for Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in
