BOOKING TERMS
Essential Information

Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €2,500 is required. The deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking and will be held until after check-out to cover any potential damages or additional charges.
Payment Schedule
50% of the total booking amount is due at the time of booking.
The remaining 50% is due 15 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made up to 28 days before check-in will also receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 28 days before check-in are non-refundable.
Additional Information
All payments must be made in euros (€). The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the initial 50% payment and the deposit. Failure to complete payments within the stated timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
