Check-in/Check-out:

On the day of arrival, the chalet is available from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. We warmly welcome you to the house and provide a brief introduction to the pool, sauna, etc., along with initial vacation tips. On the last day, there is a brief final tour of the house, and check-out is at 9:00 am (or earlier at your convenience).

Important Information & Details

• All basic rates are per night and based on a stay with up to 4 guests for a minimum of 7 nights, plus local tax of €3.90 per person per night and a security deposit of min. 3.000 EUR which will be refunded after check-out.‍ There is an additional charge of €200 per night for each guest over 4, up to a maximum of 8 guests (incl. children) in total. ‍

• Shorter stays are available on request at an additional charge with a minimum of 4 nights to pay.

Villa rules:

• Please note that due to the nature of the house and grounds (outdoor pool, direct access to mountain stream, open fires, etc.) the minimum age for children is 8 years.

• ‍The chalet is a strictly non-smoking property, but smokers will find an ashtray outside.

• Party groups such as stag/hen parties etc. are not permitted. The same applies to pets.

Included in the chalet price:

• The exclusive, private use of the luxury chalet with all its amenities, including the private spa with a panoramic sauna and the heated outdoor pool with whirlpool loungers. In winter, pool usage may be restricted in extreme weather conditions (in this case 200€ will be refunded for the days concerned).

• One set of high quality linen per person, consisting of 2x towels, 1x bath towel, 1x sauna towel, a cosy bathrobe and bed sheets/linen.

• A fine selection of fresh organic bread and rolls from Julius Brantner Brothandwerk, a tea bar and a SMEG coffee machine with Lavazza Cremoso beans.

• SonnenscheinCards for all guests and length of stay, with discounts and inclusive offers and events in the region.

• 10% VAT

Not included in the chalet price:

• The local tourist tax for all guests (3.90€ per night and person)

• E-charging station (11 kWh) in the carport for up to 2 electric cars, currently available at €0.60 per kWh, charging at check-out according to actual consumption

Payment & Cancellation

• A deposit of 50% is to be transferred to our account within 7 days after receiving your booking confirmation. The remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to arrival, together with the security deposit (security deposit of min. 3.000 EUR). The security deposit will be refunded immediately upon check-out. You may also pay via PayPal Secured Payment with a 5% service fee.

• If you cancel a confirmed booking, a cancellation fee of 25% of the chalet price will be charged up to 30 days before arrival, 50% from 29 to 8 days before arrival, 90% thereafter. We generally recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.
