Casa Tenerife Nextdoor is a remarkable holiday home on the Island of Tenerife. It is part of its mother home Casa Tenerife Costa but operates completely independent. The private entrance and terraces offer plenty of privacy while the secluded location makes you feel 'away from it all'. This hideaway is set on the edge of the small village of El Poris at only 300 meters walk from a beach that is nestled in a sheltered bay protected from the wind that frequently blows on the island.
The architecture dates to the 1960s. The owners (themselves architects) have embarked on this and have transformed this former bodega into an inviting hideaway with a well-thought-out design and attractive décor from the 1950s.
Take a morning swim in the natural pool in the rocks, explore the varied island, have a drink at the nearby beach and listen on the large terrace to the waves breaking on the rocks as the sun sets. The 5-meter-long outdoor dining table invites you to joint 'al fresco' meals.

Essential Information
Minimum stay: 5 nights

Villa Policy
Smoking: Not allowed inside; permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Children: Very welcome
Pets: Not allowed
Access: Direct access to a natural pool that fills itself with seawater
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% down payment of the total rental amountThe remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately
Cancellations:
More than 6 weeks before arrival – 50% of the down payment will be refunded
Within 6 weeks before arrival – no refund will be issued
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
Security Deposit
A refundable deposit of €300 is required
The deposit must be transferred to The Hedonist Collection together with the final rental payment
If the property is left in good condition and no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure
Extra Services
Final cleaning fee: €200
To be paid together with the rental amount to The Hedonist Collection.
