Casa Tenerife Costa is a detached villa in a spectacular location on the Atlantic Ocean on the Canary Island of Tenerife. The Belgian owners discovered this unique spot and transformed the modernist villa into their holiday home and now welcome guests in this special accommodation on the rocks.
The modern interior is filled with antiques, designer furniture, and beautiful artwork, featuring exceptional rooms and original details inside and outside to enjoy the tranquility, space, and breathtaking sea views—hence its frequent features in various design magazines.
Casa Tenerife Costa can accommodate 15 people and 4 children and is full of surprises, which are hidden behind the many vistas of the house. The open living with fully equipped kitchen, the five bedrooms, four bathrooms, two swimming pools (including diving board), numerous terraces plus a private bar in the 'rock cellar' make this villa an exceptional holiday paradise. BOOKING TERMS
Essential Information
Minimum stay: 5 nights
Check-in: From 4:00 PM
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
Villa Policy
Smoking: Not allowed inside; permitted only in designated outdoor areas
Children: Very welcome
Please note: the indoor floor surface may be sharp for small children who are still crawling
Pets: Not allowed
Pool: Open all year round
Heated but not covered, therefore water temperature does not exceed 23°C
A diving board is available
Final cleaning fee: €400, to be paid together with the rent to The Hedonist Collection
Payment and Cancellation Policy
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% down payment of the total rental amount
The remaining balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival
For bookings made within 6 weeks prior to arrival, the full amount is due immediately
Cancellations:
More than 6 weeks before arrival – 50% of the down payment will be refunded
Within 6 weeks before arrival – no refund will be issued
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is required
The deposit must be transferred to The Hedonist Collection together with the final payment
If no damage is found upon check-out, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days after departure
