BOOKING TERMS
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
The check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm.
Check-out from 8am too 12pm
If guests wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we recommend that they book and pay the night before or after the arrival date, so that the immediate availability of the room is ensured and so that we can provide the best possible experience.
If you choose not to book an additional night, that allows for an early arrival or a late check-out, we are happy to let you enjoy our facilities while we securely store your luggage.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS
Cots for children up to 3 years – 20 euros per night, with breakfast included.
Extra Bed for children from 3 to 12 years old – 35 euros per night with breakfast included.
Extra Bed for adults and children over 12 years old – 60 euros per night with breakfast included.
All extra beds and cots are subject to availability.
PETS POLICY
Since we cannot ensure suitable accommodation for your faithful companion, no pets are allowed in our Country House.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon check-in, guests are required to present a photo ID and credit card used for the reservation. We pre-authorize the credit card provided to guarantee the reservation. The reservation can be canceled or changed 14 days before the arrival date, without any additional costs. If the reservation is canceled between the 14th and the 7th day prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the reservation is deposited and a voucher valid for one year will be issued to be used at a later date, subject to availability. After that period, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, or the non-acceptance of the voucher will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
A deposit payment may be requested in advance to guarantee the reservation.
Also, in order to guarantee your reservation, in all reservations we pre-authorize the credit card provided in your reservation.
Refund available according to cancellation terms.
