Check-in from 5:00 PM | Check-out before 10:00 AM.

Maximum capacity: 12 persons.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay in the villa is generally 4 nights.

During the summer season (July 4th – August 31st), the minimum stay is 7 nights. In this high season period, check-in and check-out are normally scheduled on Saturdays.

However, due to occasional gaps in the booking calendar, we may be able to offer greater flexibility. If you submit your reservation as an “on request” booking rather than an instant booking, we will be pleased to review alternative arrival or departure dates and confirm availability accordingly.

Villa Policies

Pets: Dogs are not allowed. In rare cases, exceptions may be considered with an additional €150 cleaning fee.

Children and Babies: Families are very welcome. We can provide cots and high chairs free of charge upon request.

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.

• Cleaning fee per stay: €300

• Linen fee: €17.50 per person

• Pool can be heated from april to november upon request for 25 euros per day. Outside these months the water will not be warmed up enough because of cold weather.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Booking confirmation

• To confirm the booking, guests are required to sign our rental agreement

• To confirm the booking 50% prepayment is necessary

• An example of the rental agreement is included in the attachment

Optional services

• Photoshoot: €1,200 per day

• Wedding celebration (up to 38 guests): starting from €2,000 additional. Please get in touch for further details

Cancellation policy

• Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival

• Cancellation after 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount

• No cancellations possible within 30 days prior to arrival

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1,000 will be pre-authorised on the guest’s credit card at least two weeks prior to arrival and released two weeks after departure, subject to a full inspection and confirmation that no damage or additional cleaning is required.
