Maximum capacity: 8 persons
Rates (NET owner – commission to be added)
Cleaning fee per stay: €300
Linen fee: €17.50 per person
Pool can be heated from april to november upon request for 25 euros per day. Outside these months the water will not be warmed up enough because of cold weather.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
Cancellation after 60 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount
No cancellations possible within 30 days prior to arrival
Booking confirmation
To confirm the booking, guests are required to sign our rental agreement
To confirm the booking 50% prepayment is needed

Optional services
Photoshoot: €1,200 per day
Security Deposit
A refundable damage deposit of €1,000 is required upon arrival.
Payment is made by credit card, and the full amount will be refunded within 14 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
