Villa Les Fontaines is an authentic bastide in the medieval village of Pernes les Fontaines, located in the heart of Provence. Under the direction of designer Lau, the house was transformed in 2020 into a holiday home for those who want to enjoy the typical southern French holiday feeling in a beautiful setting. This characterful holiday home is decorated with much care and detail. In a minimalistic style you will find contemporary furniture, unique decorations and natural and warm colours. The whole feels homely and atmospheric.
The house is located in a quiet area, and yet just around the corner from the charming village centre with historic buildings, fine restaurants and shops. Inside the house you will find minimalistic lines, colourful floor tiles, natural materials and unique design objects.

WARUNKI REZERWACJI
Payment and Cancellation Policy
In case of a reservation we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total rent. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay. When booking within the 6-week period, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately. In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be returned. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks no refund will take place. We therefore recommend a cancellation insurance.
Security Deposit
There is a security deposit of €2500 which has to be paid on arrival via creditcard authorisation.

There is a child cot and high chair available
You can park on the street or on open parkings in the area
There is a minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August and the arrival day is on Saturday
Outside the high season the arrival day is more flexible and it is also possible to book for the weekend
